Web1. after doing fresh install, make sure the drivers i mentioned are installed. ATK driver is important. you need to install it then reboot to use the fn keys. fn keys are again important to at least turn the keyboard backlight on after bios refresh and reset. after you've done the previous things, check if the fn keys work (check all).
